We strive to build personal relationships with our owners and tenants. We treat everyone as an individual, each with his or her own needs and desires. Sunshine gives honest feedback to both tenants and owners. We value kindness, fairness, and friendliness.
Sunshine Realty was founded in 2001 by Amanda Peeler and her mother, Annette Fulcher. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to both property owners and tenants, Amanda grew the business into something truly special. After Amanda and Annette’s passing in 2013, the company continued under the ownership of Amanda’s husband, Todd.
Today, Sunshine Realty is managed by Crystal Griffin, Broker/Manager, with Tara Wilkerson as an additional Broker and Lynetra Chappell as our Leasing Agent.
Amanda’s original vision—to provide personalized, high-quality service to property owners—continues to guide us. We proudly carry that vision forward with a modern commitment to inclusivity, respect, and fairness for all clients and team members. Sunshine Realty strives to be a dynamic, welcoming, and professional property management firm where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.
